My Future

Asslamualaikum (wajib jawab! nak pahala x nak dosa)

               Apa khabar Farihin yg akan baca entry ni di masa akn datang n mungkin jgak pd siapa2 yg sudi singgah.

Dah lama rasanya tak taip di keyboard laptop cabuk ni. Alhamdulillah hari ni tergerak hati nk menjenguk.

(erk jenguk tu slalu cuma x update je)

Sangat malas sebenarnya. Walhal banyak benda yg aku nk coretkan di sini. Terlalu banyak...
(kita cerita satu2 dulu)

Alhamdulillah sekali lagi, aku kini masih hidup, masih punya keluarga, masih punya kawan dan masih punya Allah. 

Alhamdulillah juga aku baru je lepas interview medic (MBBS) UIA kat Kulliyyah of Medicine.

Ia merupakan satu pencapaian buat aku sbb kini aku dapat merasakan yg aku kini one step closer to become what i want to become.

Ouh kalau nak tau, interviewer aku adalah Dean Medic itu sendiri. Rasa exclusive sgt. Mana taknya, aku ni padahal dpt peluang tuk 2nd interview je. Yg asal2 kos medic pun xdpt face to face dgn dia. Alhamdulillah lagi..

Mula2 sampai Uia tu aku x rasa apa2 pun. Tak nervous mana la kira. Tapi bila jejak je bangunan tu aku dah stat memulas dan akhirnya tpaksa mencari toilet. Hehe.. (this is my symptom when i hve butterfly flying freely in my stomach)

Saat giliran aku, tahap kegabraan aku mencanak naik sampai nk bukak pintu pun dah x reti. Tapi alhamdulillah, nampak je muka Dean tu, aku jadi tenang.

Ia bermula begini (mungkin ada unsur tokok tambah tolak disini):

Dean: ok so u r Farihin? 

Me: yes i am

Dean: (dia intoduce diri dulu. oh dan juga ada sorang lagi panel pakar pathology kalau aku x silap. sikit pon aku x pay attention). What did u do right after ur SPM

Me: (alamak camne nk stat. eh tapi aku suka soalan ni. amat ku nanti2 kn). erk so my name is Farihin Maisarah and my former school was Smk Tg Afzan. well i live in kuantan ever since i was born. After completing my study there, i went for an interview at KFC Teluk Chempedak to be a cashier. i worked for 3 months but then i feel bored. so change to Secret Recipe for 1 month. After that, i moved to Cosway Beserah as a storekeeper (sbnarnya ni waktu aku cuti sem CFS tapi sje nk tokok tambah) 

Dean: Did u get any offer from other universities or any organizations?

Me: No. because i solely want to study at Uia.

Dean: Had u apply for any other universities to do medicine?

Me: I cant really remember but 1 thing that i am sure, most of my choices was Uia regardless of the courses but of course medicine was my priority.

Dean: i see hear that ur result for the first sem is not bad. why u didnt change to medic?

Me: Actually from the moment i was entering CFS, i filled the form to change course but unfortunately i had been rejected. i wanted to try again but i've been told that they will personally invite me to change course. so of course i just waited. Then, i was invited to do Pharmacy but I insist to do medicine. 

Dean: What are the good qualities to be a doctor?

Me: of course a good grade and pass with distinction are the most important but.... (dia potong)

Dean: Good grades? is that it? Why?

Me: Well: people nowadays look for that to choose a doctor (hentam je ni). they definitely dont want a doctor that lack of knowledge and take them for granted. (muka dia cam x puas hati). however, good social skills and know how to mix with people are also important.

Dean: (muka dah ok sikit). ouh why?

Me: As we all know, people attend to a doctor because they are basically sick and of course at the moment their soul are fragile and weak (wah ayat x boleh blah). So its our job to treat them with empathy and sympathy. (pathology tu angguk: yeah empathy is a correct word) 

Dean: How about the people ur working with? (dia tanya kerja sorg2 sesama doktor atau berkumpulan). do it has to be a person in charge?

Me:  For me, we have to work in a team to make it a success and yes, we do need a person to tell us what to to, what is right or wrong.

Dean: and do u know who that person is?

Me: erk to be honest, i dont know. (apa pangkat org tu ek?). 

Dean: can u be that person?

Me: (senyum malu2) i know what is my ability and i know i can especially with my experiences handle many people from all walks of lives and of course if i  get the chance to do so.

Panel 2: who are u going to work with?

Me: (yes! ada pun soalan ni) if i am not mistaken, there will be staff nurse, paramedic, allied health profession and speacialist. (terjumpa kat blog mne ntah)

Panel: i just hve 1 question to ask. (bebel pasal Malaria.)

Me: (ha sudah! aku baca pasal denggi je) erk i dont really know but of course it caused by insects, mosquitoes to be specific

Panel: So u want to say that a person got bitten by a mosquito, he has the Malaria

Me: (alamak!) oh thats not it. the mosquito must has been infected first

Panel: by what? there so many kinds of organisms out there

Me: (alamak lagi! nak pilih virus ke bacteria) erk Virus

Dean: its bacteria. Plasmodium ( hah! salah teka. ada lagi sbnarnya yg dia tnya tp itu je la larat type).

Panel: if u are interested in Medic, u should read and know more (alahai kne menganjing la plak)

Me: (angguk2 geleng2 je la)

Dean: Do u have anything to say?

Me: May i know what is my chance here?

Dean: Well, u r a good candidate and we will consider it. oh ya, im just curious, who'd pay more? KFC or SR?

Me: (terus happy wlwpun mungkin bermulut manis). KFC! SR is so stingy! (sebelum kluar kat muka pintu aku ada cakap...) just to let u know, im currently teaching at my former school ^^

Dean: Wow thats great

Me: (aku pun kluar dgn hati yg senang)

Sekian sahaja cerita aku untuk hari ini. tak sangka aku berjaya menaip sampai habis. kat mcD TC plak tu. biasa baru tulis tajuk dah give up. 

Pharmacy?

Medicine?

Ps: Aku terima apa shaja yg Allah telah tetapkan untukku. Alhamdulillah. oh aku ada bawak sijil2 tp diorg x tgk pun
